Well, the Queen Gnome is HOME!!!

I want to let you all know how absolutely wonderful mother did. She had every opportunity in the world to milk her injury. I was expecting an academy award winning suffering from her, but she really surprised me. Not a complaint. Not a "woe is me". She did very well. Followed all the advice from the physical therapist and nurses. (I suppose she is holding out until her return to church and the sympathy from all her friends.) I can just hear it now. "Stella, you are so brave. Stella, my you look wonderful. Was it awful? Do tell us all.........

I have to wonder tho, was it possibly the "wait for it" drugs? Or perhaps the nice little percodons? She really was in her "happy place" quite often. Such a beatific smile on her whilst she slept. Or, could it be that she wore no nickers the whole time she was in the hospital? She even declined the offer of panties on her trip home. Hmmmmm, makes you wonder.

I will keep you posted as the drug wear off.

i had a little accident in the bathtub monday am.i slipped and again broke my toe and top bone of my foot.i go back next week to see if i need a pin put in,and for those of you who are wondering no it was not me in the domestic situation with yanni but i would love to tangle with him and she started it.
