Who Am I?
I once stopped Attila the Hun from invading Paris by persuading people to repent, fast, and pray rather than flee the city! When the praying started, the barbarian suddenly changed course and the city was saved. I am the patron saint of Paris, France. My feast day is Jan. 3rd.
Good luck!

William (Billy) James Muller 9th Anniversary 7/13

We thought of you today,
But that is nothing new
We thought of you yesterday
And we will tomorrow, too.
We think of you in silence
And make no outward show
For what it meant to lose you
Only those who love you know.
Remembering you is easy
We do it everyday,
It's the heartache of losing you
that will never go away.
Always in our hearts until we meet again
Love from,
Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Jonathan, Frank, All Your Aunts, Uncles And Cousins
Who Am I?
I was ordained a diocesan priest and was twice imprisoned for administering the sacraments before leaving England in 1590. I joined the franciscans at age 60 and returned to England three years later while Queen Elizabeth 1 was at the height of her power. I ministered to Catholics in English Countryside until my imprisonment in 1596. I was condemned to be hanged, drawn and quartered. I was executed on July 12th, 1598.

Who Am I?
In Saint Mark's Gospel account, I was the Roman Centurion who exclaimed, " Indeed, this was the Son of God!" Having been wounded in a past battle, I was cruelly mocked by my fellow soldiers for my near blindness. When I pierced our Lord's side with my lance and was spattered by the Holy Blood, my sight was miraculously restored. I left the army, converted, became a monk and died a martyr for my love and devotion to our Lord.

Happy 4th of July

As you cookout, watch fireworks or whatever your plans for the 4th of July, take time to remember those who have given of their lives for our freedom.
Our will is strong, our want was great
Let freedom reign, what better fate
We journeyed long from Plymouth Rock
the time was clear to end all talk
That fateful fourth our couraged showed
Americans - and how we glowed
We won the right to be self known
Our independence, clearly shown
The test of times has stood us tall
Through bravest hearts, some forced to fall
We'll always cherish those we've lost
Their gift to us, their total cost
Today we face another foe
And stand together, all do we know
Please often pray to God above
He's seen our hearts, He knows our love.
