We just got back from the freezing wilds of Marshgnome Land. We really had a great time even though it was freezing the sun shone bright and Marshgnome kept the butt warmer on in the car for me [ ooh la la that was luverly] Their new house is just beautiful but of course Ron saw lots of stuff to do in fact he was half way up the chimbly when we got there. The grounds are beautiful lots of fruit trees and even a grape arbour. Em is going to make her own apple butter and wine.
Casper is so loving we caught a glimps of Molly .The bloomin dog has a foot fetish I've got the marks to attest to that. And of course Tony & Lindsey are great kids but very busy ones. Anyhow thank you Marshgnome Family we did have a wonderful time can't wait to see you in your new home when it gets warmer of course.
P.S. I gained 20lbs.
PPS Boy does Ron snore!!!!!!!

Book Review

All, I highly recommend the new book from Mithc Albom "For one more day". Mitch is the author of "Tuesdays with Morrie" and "5 people you meet in heaven". Definately a must read. Have kleenex in hand!
For the teens and adults as well, James Patterson'w "Maximum Ride" and "School's Out Forever" are great fantasies about 6 children who escape a "Test" lab. These are normal children except for the fact that they have been injected w/ Avian DNA. They can fly! And, they are running for their lives. Too make matters worse, the "Erasers", humans w/ wolf DNA are after them. I really couldn't put them down.
Dean Koontz's "Husband" was a little dissapointing. I predicted alot of what was going to happen way too fast. Not alot of twists. Not one of his bests.

GOOD NEWS!

I didn't tell you all this before because I didn't want you to worry. Last month when we first got Chase and we took him to the vet, the vet could only find one testicle. We were so worried! We were afraid the other dogs would call him names like Chase one nut. The vet said we should have him fixed so he wouldn't pass the one nut gene on. However, after taking him to the vet last week the vet found his other testicle. Now, it's not exactly where it's supposed to be but it is there and will probably work it's way to the proper nut location. So have no fear Chase will not be fixed and will probably go on to have many two testicled puppies! - Marshgnome

Lindsey News!

Lindsey got accepted at both colleges she applied to!!!!!! UW Milwaukee and UW Whitewater. She will probably choose Whitewater as that was her first choice. She will be a Business Major focusing on Advertising and Marketing! Yeah Lindsey! (donations are being accepted as we spent her college money on the new house ;)

You asked for it now your going to get it! Top 10 reasons I have not been blogging! (believe me there's more but these are the top 10!) 1. My cat ran away for four days and I was a miserable wreck until he finally came home! 2. I have a brand new house to which I closed on Sept. 29th and have yet to move a single item into because my husband wants to "fix a few things first". 3. My old house has been on the market for 6 weeks and has yet to be sold. 4. I have to keep my old house spotless for showing whilst my lazy 17 year old daughter and 21 yr. old son continuously make messes they don't clean up. 5. I have a new puppy who continuously uses both houses as his toilet. 6. I have to single handedly remove gaudy wallpaper that must have been stuck to the walls with permanant liquid cement from almost every room in my new house. 7. My senior daughter is continously stressing (whining) about applying to the right college while her grades continue to slip into oblivian. 8. My husband very may well be slipping into a mid-life crisis! (I caught him napping in the yard when he was supposed to be mowing it!) 9. My job is so mind numbing boring, I think my brain is shrinking! 10. My parents are coming to visit me in my new house next week and there's no furniture in it much less food, towels, beds, toilet paper, etc. etc. and I packed everything in my old house so there's nothing here either! There! Is that good enough for you Queenie baby?????????????????????
