Who Am I?

I am probably the first martyr of Britain, and my life story is based on legend. I was a leading citizen who hid a priest during the persecution of Diocletian. I converted to Christianity and refused to worship the pagan gods, was tortured, ordered to be executed, and performed miracles on the way to the execution grounds and finally, beheaded.

Good Luck!!!
Love All Ya All,
Barb

Barb I only know it because it's one of our Roman Cities and there is a huge memorial to him in the main square. The other great Roman City is the one where Tony is pictured with the tudor buildings behind him...Chester!
Ok I'll play as long as you don't think I'm a big head...somedays people ask my name and i have to think of the answer! Love ya Debz x

St Osyth was a woman..We used to play in St Osyth Priory when we were children its thought to be haunted. When I was older it was a good place for courting couples me and my first love have our initials carved somewhere in the tower. Of course now its been restored and is a national landmark. Love QMG
