It's Monday, I'm bloated, I'm pmsing, I'm tired from dreaming about demons all night (blame this one on Stephen King's "The Stand") and all I wanted to do was come home, eat my soup my loving husband made and relax. But nooooooooo.......
My husband made the mistake of turning on the news. Maddie, I mean you no disrespect, but Journalists should be tarred, feathered, hung by their toe nails, and force fed the "BULLSHIT" they dish out every day. If you want to report the war, I say, ENLIST FIRST! The media has never been so biased as it is today. How DARE you say you are a journalist and not give the whole story? How DARE you be-little our leader? How DARE you be-little our soldiers?
I love my country. I respect my president. I absolutely 100 percent stand by our American Soldiers where ever they serve. These men and women VOLUNTEER their LIVES for ME. Volunteer!
I am so very sick of the "fart smellers" er, excuse me, smart fellows and think tankers and whiny, selfish, fat, lazy, snot nosed, bratty politicians putting their "ignorant" two cents in where they have absolutely no idea they belong. How dare a retired general disrepect our CHIEF? How dare you whine. Our young hero's in WWI & the great II, did not complain they did not have the supplies needed. They went over there, kicked some Commie ass, and came home. Worked 2 & 3 jobs to make a home for their family. Had 1 car. No TV. Women darned, yes darned socks. Children went to school in the same shoes all year, the same clothes all year, and WALKED! No cell phones, no mps'3, shared a bed w/ 3 other siblings. And by God, they were PROUD. They saluted their flag. They sang out loudly and proud the National Anthem.
What the hell happened? How did we all become so selfish and lazy and greedy? We have 3 TV's in our home! 3! There's only 3 of us living here. We have 3 vehicles. Only 2 of us drive.
A little over 5 years ago, our country was attacked. We banned together, vowed to make justice, and now, 5 years later, we don't care anymore. How did this happen? How did our nation become so divided so fast? How can we have such little respect for our families, our neighbors, our country, to forget so fast? Where are the heros? Where are the proud Americans saluting our soldiers?
Life is not a Norman Rockwell painting, but we can try can't we? What happened to baseball being the greatest game instead of a money making scandal filled industry?
Tony, please, explain the latest to me. How could someone state "the President is not taking this war seriously, 20,000 additional troops are not enough" and then turn around in the next sentence and say, and I quote "we are cutting back funding for this war"? Who the hell did we elect? What the hell are they saying? I'm not making this up.
I am so damned sick of the whining. Stand up you idiots, be proud of what we have. Where else in this world could you get fired from a company for "running it into the ground" and get a $205,000,000 (yes that is millions) in your severance package? You sit on your FAT ASSES, getting FATTER and slimier by the minute (have you noticed our lovely Senator from Massachusetts? God, is he GROSS) and complain about how the country is run! If you don't like it, get off your FAT ASS and go over to Iraq! Fight with our men and women. Stand next to them, tell them you are proud they are serving our country while you sit on your high horse and tell us little people what we need.
And our loverly new Congress. 5 day work week. Well, now that's great Nancy, however, it "really doesn't start today, there's a football game on". Oh, absolutely, EVERYONE take the day off. IT'S A NIGHT GAME! Who the hell voted for these people?
Stand up my brothers and sisters. RISE UP! Tell the soldiers, you are so very proud and so very thankful for them. Stand behind your President. Give him support. Stand up for what our country is. THE GREATEST COUNTRY on this earth!

Wow!!Carrie Nation had nothing on you. But you are so right about our so called media reporters How many more weeks do we have to listen and read about Trump & Rosie. Let them go to Iraq. Who cares about their bloody hair and weight. When all our military dead heros just get a # in the paper. Check the newspaper 3,oo3 dead as of today thats all they get for fighting and dying so Paris & Brittany can be free enough to show off their pantiless you know whats.
I don't have to agree with the war but I support 150% our Military men and woman.
